Our New Spanish Club

Last Friday we welcomed Year 2 children and their families to a new Spanish club where mums, dads, grandparents, sisters, brothers and even babies can all have a go at learning Spanish together. It was great to see so many enthusiastic children and supportive families learning and having fun together. This week we practiced counting in Spanish, playing games, singing songs and speaking in strange voices! The kids have promised to help the grown ups practice at home! Over the next few weeks, we will be practicing colours and greetings and also tasting Spanish food! If you are interested in joining Year 2 Family Spanish Club, then please contact the school reception who will be able to put you on a waiting list and we will re-run the club after Christmas.

Y2 Family Spanish Club will be on again next Friday, 3:15-4:00 in the white hall. Please note there will be no Spanish club on Friday 21st October but we will continue the sessions for two weeks after half term.
